PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2000 (as amended)
At Radharc na Tra Breige Malin, Co. Donegal
Donegal County Council proposes to carry out the following development: Construction of 2 no. 2 bedroom 2‐storey, 6 no. 3 bedroom 2‐storey and 1 no 4 bedroom 2‐storey social housing units at Radharc na Tra Breige Malin, complete with connection to wastewater pumping system, landscaping, car parking, access road, and all associated site works.
In accordance with Article 120(1)(b)(i) of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) Donegal County Council has concluded, based on a preliminary examination of the nature, size, and location of the development, that an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is not required.
Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection (or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy) in the below Council buildings.
