Stage 2: Draft Plan

Flow of stages for consultation on the Draft Plan

Stage 2: Draft Development Plan has not yet commenced.  We are currently at Stage 1: Pre-Draft.

This stage consists of 3 steps:

  • Draft Plan Public Consultation (including the associated Environmental Reports)
  • The preparation of a Chief Executive’s Report on the public consultation.
  • The (likelihood of the) making of material amendments (changes) to the draft plan by the elected members.
