Donegal County Council is preparing its first County Biodiversity Action Plan, supported by the Heritage Council, and we want to hear your views. We are seeking your help to scope out the issues facing biodiversity in County Donegal and explore the potential priorities and areas of action that could feed into the new Donegal Biodiversity Action Plan.
It is important that we hear your ideas on how we can help address biodiversity loss at a local level. This is your opportunity to highlight the key issues affecting biodiversity in your local area and help us in identifying what can be done to tackle biodiversity loss over the period of the Donegal Biodiversity Action Plan 2025 – 2030.
Completion of this survey constitutes an official submission at this pre-draft stage of the process. A further public engagement process will take place once a draft Biodiversity Action Plan has been prepared.
